How we produce our Giclées on Canvas
All giclées on canvas ordered from us are custom-produced, one at a time (not mass-produced), with professional software, wide format printer, archival non-glare matte canvas and vivid, long-lasting pigment inks. We also make our own frames (see below).

Digital Imaging
Our digital imaging is a complex process that prepares the original photo for printing, and entails selecting the best color, canvas, and printing settings to produce museum quality giclées on canvas with rich and vivid colors that can be cherished with endearing legacy by generations.

UltraChrome HDR Pigment Inks and Archival Canvas
Our giclées are created on archival canvas with 10 Epson UltraChrome HDR pigment ink colors, with far greater gamut (color range) than photographic dye on paper prints. Our process achieves rich and vivid colors that, when the art is properly displayed, the ink is lightfast for up to 200 years. Our giclees are given a UV and moisture resistant lacquer coating.

Greeting Cards—top quality and frameable
Our Greeting Cards are printed on professional quality matte-finish photo paper, with the same printer and pigment inks used for canvas printing. Card cover image measures 7" by 5" and are frameable. Some images may be modified to fit the card's format. There are five cards of a single image and five envelopes to a package. The inside of each card is blank, giving you plenty of room to write a personal message. The back cover certifies that the card is a proud product created by Frank Allnutt. Some card back covers may have information about the subject pictured on the front.

Ready to Hang Gallery-Wrapped Giclées on Canvas
Mounted on light-weight hidden wood frames ready to hang. No wire or metal hangers are needed. A picture's background is either wrapped around the sides of the frame, which is 1" to 1.5" wide, or edges of the picture are "mirrored" on the sides (as pictured). Can also be mounted in a traditional frame. (See below.)

Floating Gallery Frames
Also called "Floaters" and "Box Frames," these board-mounted canvases are placed on the front of the frame and appear to be floating in its midst.

Blue-Stained Pine Frames

Sometimes called "Beetle-Killed Pine," the subtle hues in this wood can range from rust red to brown to blue-gray. While this wood is too soft for most construction purposes, we turn it into beautiful picture frames. Canvases can be stretched on wooden bars or art board mounted for framing.

Reclaimed Wood Frames
Also known as "Barnwood." We salvage it locally from long ago abandoned and deteriorating houses, barns, and other out buildings. We consider such wood to be artifacts. We give the old weathered wood "new life" as picture frames.

  Flat Giclées on Canvas
...are not mounted or framed. They are rolled and shipped in sturdy Priority Mail containers. Flats are ready for the customer to have stretched on wooden bars or board-mounted for framing. Sizes up to 12" x 18" have 2" white borders. Larger sizes have 2" borders on long sides and half-inch borders on the other two sides. Board-mounting is recommended.

  Ready to Hang
Framed art has holes ready for hanging on well anchored screws or nails. Rock art, because of its heavier weight, has one or two steel rings on nylon hangers that are attached to the rock's back with quarter-inch bolts and nuts secured in holes that run completely through the rocks.
