The Church, America, and the New World Order

When Henry Kissinger, the former Secretary of State and leading architect of the New World Order, appeared on CNBC’s “Squawk on the Street” in early January 2009, host Erin Burnett asked him what international conflict would define Barack Obama's foreign policy.

Kissinger replied. "His [Obama's] task will be to develop an overall strategy for America in this period when, really, a New World Order can be created. It’s a great opportunity, it isn’t just a crisis."

Since Kissinger said that back in 2009, America has become what many Christians never thought she would be. Even though Jesus told us "in advance" (Matthew 24:25).

Back in 1968, Hal Lindsey, in his book The Late Great Planet Earth, and many others who sought to interpret Bible prophecy, saw the coming end-time Babylon to be the European Common Market.

My own study of Bible prophecy, the history of nations, and currents events pulled my thinking in another direction. At first, an unthinkable direction. I was red, white, and blue, through and through, and had proudly served my country with honor as a Navy Parachute Rigger. But it proved to be true: America was on the road to become the mysterious Babylon the Great.

Almost a half century has passed, and more and more Christians are beginning to see God's purpose and destiny for America and her New World Order, as this once godly nation escalates her rebellion against God and the persecution of His Church.

God has already sent this message to us for such a time as this:

…I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illumined with his glory. And he cried out with a mighty voice, saying, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a dwelling place of demons and a prison of every unclean spirit, and a prison of every unclean and hateful bird. For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the passion of her immorality, and the kings of the earth have committed acts of immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich by the wealth of her sensuality."

I heard another voice from heaven, saying, “Come out of her, my people, so that you will not participate in her sins and receive of her plagues; for her sins have piled up as high as heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities" (Revelation 18:1-5).

The world's rebellion against God and His people is the subject of The World vs. God's Kingdom, a booklet I originally wrote and published in 2002. It was adapted from many of my previous books and magazine articles on Bible prophecy, some of which date back to the early 1970s. Now updated, here are some of the topics covered:
